Fruit Addition

Apetece me escrever em inglês, desculpem.

I love fruit!
I can eat almost fruit all day long.
But I know that too much fruit is bad for you. You can read here.

For example, today I ate:

Breakfast: half a orange
First break in the morning (before gym): 1 pear
After gym (before lunch): 1 apple*
After lunch (desert): 1 kiwi
After dinner (desert): 1 pomegranate 

*I eat fruit before lunch (when I go to the gym), so that when I eat lunch I’m not as hungry that I should. I eat only lunch! I don’t have to satisfy my body with other sugars. Good thinking?!
